Quality Assurance Program
At ECTO, we strive for the achievement of "NO DEFECTS" in our service offerings. Our Quality Assurance Programs are designed to foster accountability and provide structured methodologies for evaluating and managing quality standards. Each facility under contract with ECTO is subject to personal inspections by an ECTO Manager on a scheduled basis. In addition, all locations experience regular planned and surprise inspections conducted by management at all levels, including corporate executives. To further our commitment to "NO DEFECTS," ECTO utilizes a range of tools.
