Everyone wants a fresh floor. Not only it would feel good for your customer, but more importantly, for yourself. At Ecto Solutions, we offer many common types for your floors, at your own convenience, such as:

Some people would prefer to have a brand new flooring; others would like it kept. In that case, we have dealt with carpet shampooing and/or steaming because no one would like a bad odor that lingers in your space or a protruding stain at your very feet. Just name an area at your jobsite and we can take care of it.

Our process to look at carpet shampoo is to:

• Inspect for the condition

• Move furniture to avoid any damage and efficient traffic for the cleaners

• Spray with water (usually with our professional carpet machine)

• Use a very strong chemical to extract the debris or stain

• Rinsing and drying

• In some cases, use a disinfectant to avoid any bad odor

• And move the furniture back to way it was

As for carpet steaming, our process is very similar except we make sure we use a water vapor for the carpet’s hygiene.

If you would like any flooring replace or prefer brand new, our process is to:

• Measure the square footage of any specific area you’re interested in

• Remove the entire or a part of the floor and throw away any necessary junk

• Install the new material based on your taste

• Refinish it

• Clean it thoroughly

If necessary, we also offer to reinstall baseboards and trims based on the conditions and that is completely up to you whether you’d like it replaced or not.
