Student Housing Turnovers

No parent wants their future kids of America want to live in a dirty apartment or dormitory. That’s where we come in. What is a turnover? Well, it is a fast-paced process with a large volume that gets units ready for incoming students, emphasizing thorough cleaning, sanitation, and repairs in a limited timeframe. This usually carried out during the summer to enhance rental readiness.

Essential cleaning services during the turnover:

  • Detail Cleaning: Sanitizing kitchens by removing grease from stoves, washing appliances (interior/exterior), and deep cleaning bedrooms & bathrooms

  • Floor & Surface Care: Sweeping, vacuuming, then mopping, steam clean carpets, all baseboards, and any windows/mirrors

  • Trash Removal: Clearing away all remnants left by occupants to our own dumpster

  • Wall Fixture: Cleaning spots or painting walls, dusting off ceiling fans, and wiping down light switches and doors.

The way we work is to make sure we coordinate and prepare on how many rooms are vacant/occupied to ensure efficiency in a timely manner as well as dealing at least 300 units per turnover and then we go through a final walkthrough and inspection with the residential management to assure the move-in is set and it’s up to safety’s standards.
